- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home doesn't accept babies, toddlers, children or pets.
- This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
- The bedrooms in this home are on the lower-ground floor.
- The entrance to this home is on the ground floor however there are several steps up to the front door.
- There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- The garden is on the lower-ground floor level.
- This home has since had a TV placed in the sitting room. This TV has an internet connection only.
