Set above a quiet residential street on the fifth floor of a historic period building, this stylish city retreat can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The apartment’s clean and crisp colour palette creates a fresh, modern feel throughout, with fun splashes of colour from the vibrant art pieces and soft furnishings in the spacious open-plan sitting room. Home truths

  • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • During term time, loud noise can be heard from the nearby school during drop off and pick up times.

  • There will be construction work in a flat below this home starting July 2022 until approximately April 2023. Working hours will be 0800 – 1800hrs Monday to Friday. Saturday working hours will be 0900 to 1400hrs, however no noisy or disruptive work would be carried out on this day.

  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

  • Although this apartment is on one floor, there are a few steps once inside the home.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.

  • Whilst there is a lift in the apartment building, there are several stairs between street-level and the lift entrance.


  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
