Ida Street is a charming four-bedroom home in Pacific Palisades, an affluent neighbourhood nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the dramatic Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles. Just a five-minute drive from Palisades Village, this inviting retreat offers a cosy base for families to experience laidback LA living. Set across three spacious levels, your first impression of this gorgeous home will be of the open-plan kitchen, diner, and lounge. This light-filled, vibrant space lets everyone gather around and enjoy quality time together - whether that’s prepping dinner, tucking into a feast, or making the most of the glorious weather with drinks on the patio. Upstairs are the four large bedrooms, including three queen-sized and one double bedroom, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is the grandest of them all, boasting its very own walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a sumptuous soaking tub. This room and the third bedroom offer partial ocean and mountain views. The lower level of the home provides even more space to both unwind and entertain, with a working fireplace, wet bar, and a plush L-shaped sofa to lounge on.   • This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

  • There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

  • There is one designated parking space for one car in the driveway of the home. There is also ample unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

  • This home is run by solar power system as the homeowner is environmentally conscious.

  • There are external security cameras located on the front porch and driveway of the home.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
