Beachcourt Villa
Beachcourt Villa is an eight-bedroom villa located just a short walk from the magnificent Shoal Bay Beach and the beachside restaurants and bars dotted along the coastline. The house itself is built on a hill, sitting above the craggy rocks and carpet of lush green vegetation, offering breathtaking views of the tranquil bay. It is one of very few villas in Shoal Bay that offers guests direct access to the sand.
The gated villa is highly private and secure, but inside feels light and airy with high ceilings, cool tiled floors and a classic style. An open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area is terraced below the grand entrance foyer, overlooking the bay. Sliding glass doors pull open onto a 600 sq ft deck looking down on the freshwater swimming pool, tennis court and beach below. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, which both open out onto a covered deck wrapping around the north and east sides of the house, maximising the stunning views and ocean breeze. One bedroom, which is 400 sq ft, also has its own private outdoor shower so you can even enjoy the vistas as you cool off after a day in the sun.
Beachcourt Villa’s West Wing is a separate two-storey villa, attached to the main house at the pool deck level. The first floor hosts two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, while the second floor comprises a kitchenette, shared bathroom and two bedrooms. Meanwhile, another pavilion called the Tennis Court Apartment also hosts a bedroom with an ensuite, as well as a study with a fold-out bed - the perfect separate space for accompanying staff or older children who want a bit of independence.
