Being positioned in the base of exclusive hillside district Pedregal, it’s within a 15-minute stroll of various golden-sand beaches and the 'golden zone' of restaurants and shopping beside Cabo’s glitzy marina.

Most of those are visible from the villa’s spacious pool terrace, as is the iconic Arch rock at Baja California’s tip. As well as the freeform pool itself, that terrace is home to plenty of inviting lounge chairs plus a hot tub. Beyond it are gardens whose palm trees gently sway with the sea breezes.
