Nestled at the tip of the Baja California Peninsula, where the ocean laps at picturesque white beaches and the spectacular stone arches of Land's End stretch out into the Pacific, Villa Besame is a modern, eight-bedroom villa with commanding views of the coast. Part of the private Pedregal community and just a few minutes walk from the beach, it is an exclusive holiday escape ideal for families and groups of friends looking to discover a pristine slice of Mexican paradise.

Featuring elegant open-plan design and sleek, sharp architecture, the villa ensures you are at the heart of the action. The vibrant downtown heart of Cabo San Lucas, with its excellent culinary scene and energetic, non-stop nightlife, is just a short drive away, while an array of beachside activities await. Whether you enjoy jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, kitesurfing or horse riding, you will find a dizzying range of excursions on offer in the local area. If you prefer to take it easy, dolphin and whale spotting trips can be arranged.

Overlooking the coast and boasting beautiful sunset views, Villa Besame's crisp, clean, contemporary decor is enlivened with carefully considered artwork and marine-blue accents. Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
