Villa Descanso is a private sanctuary of luxury blending charming traditional Mexican architecture and style with modern finishes. Perched on the hillside in Pedregal, Villa Descanso accommodates 20 guests across nine suites, including the master bedroom - the Safari Suite - which boasts a king-sized bed and an ocean view. There are six additional suites with king-sized beds, one with twin beds which can be combined to create another king, and the Dia de los Muertos Suite with a king and two twin beds. The bedrooms make the most of beautiful views of either ocean vistas or magnificent mountains.

Spread across three floors, the villa’s decor is inspired by desert hues with wood accents and stylish, contemporary furniture, like the large leather sectional sofas. Guests can cook up a storm in the lavish gourmet kitchen before relaxing or socialising in the living room; the space is the ideal spot to kick back and watch a movie or have fun with friends at the pool table. Travertine marble floors run throughout the home including the formal dining area, internet study and another quiet, cosy TV room.

Outside it’s all about blending into the pretty landscape with sandy-coloured tones and natural stone finishes throughout the 2,500 sq ft of private space. A spacious terrace is drenched in sunlight and plush lounging chairs surround the pretty infinity pool complete with swim-up bar and eight-seater jacuzzi. Put your favourite songs on the outdoor sound system, light the gas barbecue and enjoy a relaxed al fresco dinner. Come nightfall, cosy up around the fire pit for an evening spent sipping cocktails, spotting stars overhead and laughing with friends.

The villa is located just five minutes from Pedregal Beach and ten minutes from Cabo San Lucas town’s bustling nightlife, restaurants and bars. The villa is an easy 40-minute drive from Los Cabos International Airport, making it convenient for international visitors.
