Located atop a hill at the edge of one of the region's most exclusive communities, Palmilla, the villa overlooks the Sea of Cortez and boasts breathtaking views of the coast. Just a ten minute drive south of laidback San José del Cabo, with its endless white beaches, fantastic restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities, Villa Mar Azul ensures you are close to all the region's biggest attractions. Discover an array of outdoor experiences between the villa and the fun-loving city of San Lucas, which lies 30 minutes to the south. Whether you want to try your hand at deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, scuba diving or surfing, there are opportunities aplenty.

The villa incorporates neocolonial architectural features into a gorgeous design that breaks the barriers between indoor and outdoor spaces. The vast lounge area transitions into a modern, fully-equipped kitchen on one side and a spacious dining room with arched brick ceilings on the other. The upper-floor balconies overlook comfortable sofa seating, a stately fireplace and an eye-catching chandelier.

Two master bedrooms and two guest rooms feature king-size beds, the most opulent and spacious ensuites, and access to outdoor terraces with mesmerising sea views. The final guest room includes two queen-size beds and a sizable ensuite. Two media rooms ensure you can kick back and relax after a long day on the beach, while the fitness room contains all you need to keep on top of your workout regime.

Villa Mar Azul's awe-inspiring outdoor area incorporates a hot tub, an infinity pool that overlooks the water, and sun loungers and shades. An attractive wooden dining table, a bar with stools, and a barbeque complement the cushioned outdoor seating. The fire pit with circular seating provides the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with an ice-cold cocktail in hand.
