Nestled within the prestigious Pedregal neighbourhood, Villa Perla boasts stunning views of the glistening Pacific Ocean. A sparkling infinity pool stretches out across the luscious landscape, bursting with vibrant flowers and glimpses of the turquoise sea beyond. Sit back and relax on sumptuous sun loungers or hideaway for a moment’s relaxation on one of the several tranquil terraces. Split over several levels, the impressive architecture is complemented with charming, contemporary interiors.

Villa Perla is spacious throughout, with bright white walls, an abundance of natural light and characterful fabrics. The spectacular design uses natural materials, including terracotta tiles, and marble, balanced by chic rustic furnishings. An open plan concept includes a sitting room with neutral tones and antique rugs, as well as a casual seating area with cream sofas and plush cushions. A fully equipped kitchen leads to a dining area with colourful chairs and the glorious sun shining through floor to ceiling glass windows. Step out onto the terrace and dine al fresco as the sun turns the sky a dusty pink and the stars gently appear. After dinner, unwind in the home cinema with your favourite movie.

The five bedrooms are flooded with sunlight, revealing the stunning sea views. Listen to the calming sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep and wake completely refreshed and rejuvenated in this peaceful oasis. A combination of king and queen-sized beds, each have a modern ensuite bathroom - fantastic for a group of friends or a family.

Just a short drive and you will reach the centre of Cabo San Lucas, studded with elegant yachts and lively bars. Taste authentic dishes in the Mexican restaurants, or sip on cooling cocktails at the lively bars. *Villa Perla can accommodate wedding parties/special events for 60 guests (sit down or stand up). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
