Experience luxurious, multi-level living at contemporary Villa Sebastian. This three-bedroom villa is set into a rocky hillside within the sought-after Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas. From its elevated position, the views over typical Mexican landscapes out to the sea are spectacular from any floor.

It can be rare to find a villa that feels as good as it looks, but Villa Sebastian has certainly cracked it. There are sofas for unwinding around the plush interior as well as on terraces, such as the one by the swimming pool and jacuzzi. As well as hammocks and comfortable sun loungers in shady spots. Also a lovely shady spot is the poolside palapa with dining area and kitchen.

The interior is composed of stylishly decorated and travertine-floored rooms full of colour, chic furnishings and modern design features. Entertainment is covered with the large flat screen TV in the sunken living room, which is a symphony of glass, high ceilings and clean lines. Doors open straight onto a terrace where gatherings or quieter moments can be enjoyed.

Villa Sebastian is home to three ensuite bedrooms, with the master having a king-size bed and doors leading out to a large terrace with palapa. The two other bedrooms boast two double beds each. These bedrooms also have access to the terrace for starting every day with a deep breath of ocean air.

There's something about Villa Sebastian's location that matches the thrill you get from dining, drinking and enjoying the views from its lofty terraces. And that's the fact that the buzzing nightclubs and fine dining restaurants of Cabo San Lucas are all just a ten-minute drive away.
