Villa Tranquilidad
Villa Tranquilidad is drenched in sunlight, thanks to the many large windows and foldaway glass walls throughout the home. The interior has a very authentic tropical feel; earthy tones and wood-beamed ceilings add a traditional touch, while plush furnishings offer all the comfort you could possibly need. Within, you will also find a home theatre room and well-equipped fitness centre.
The spacious open-plan living area opens straight out onto the scenic terrace, where you will find a heated infinity pool and jetted jacuzzi tub. Nearby, a barbecue area has all you need for sunset dinners with a view - complete with an outdoor sound system. If you feel like escaping the sun, you’ll find plenty of palapa-shaded spaces to retreat to.
There are six bedroom suites in the main house, as well as two additional bedrooms in separate casitas on the grounds. All bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms, as well as access to terraces or balconies with excellent views. The eight bedrooms all come with plush king-size beds, however two of these can be converted into twins on request, making this villa a versatile option for different kinds of group configurations.
If you’d like to explore the local area, you’ll find that the city of San José del Cabo is less than a ten-minute drive away. Here, you can enjoy an abundance of restaurants, galleries, and boutiques.

HOUSE RULES
- Security will only allow preauthorized approved vendors into the development; vendor vehicles will be searched before and after entry. All vehicles must be registered, insured, and drivers must be in uniform with identification. Please inform your concierge agent of any vendors or services.
- Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded).
- No unauthorized parties or events.
- Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident.
- Guests must sign the terms and conditions & assumption of risk upon check-in.
Home Truths
- Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
