Part of the intimate four-villa Casas de Agua retreat, Villa Agua has a minimalist indoor/outdoor design that allows guests to feel at one with the jungle setting. This rustic three-bedroom villa is surrounded by tropical gardens and features its own swimming pool. It’s also just a two-minute walk along a jungle path to Santa Teresa’s top surf beach, Playa Hermosa.
The villa’s entertaining areas are centred around the courtyard pool. A fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to recreate your favourite local dishes, while covered open-air dining and living areas have charming bamboo and wooden features. A pretty fish and flower pond adds to the tropical vibe.
There are three restful bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom two has a king-size bed plus a large sofa bed, while bedroom three has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share an indoor/outdoor bathroom. Villa Agua is ideal for couples and groups of friends who want to immerse themselves in Costa Rica’s exotic outdoor lifestyle.
