This four-bedroom villa connects you to the wonders that surround you, from the sweet-natured sloths to the hummingbirds that flit from flowerhead to flowerhead in the garden. This is a place where you can reconnect with nature at your own pace, surrounded by man-made opulence and botanical splendour in equal measure.

Sitting between the beach towns of Uvita and Dominical, Villa Resol provides up to eight guests with an ideal opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while and embrace a more tranquil, slower pace of life. This is a villa where you wake up to the sound of the ocean and let it lull you back to sleep at the end of the day. Three of the bedrooms have gloriously cosy king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is just right for younger guests, with three single beds on offer. They are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to let you embrace the sound of the waves and the soft song of the forest.

Step out onto the sun terrace, and you have the morning sky reflected in the infinity pool and the scent of wildflowers on the breeze. The sense of peace is almost overwhelming and brings with it an inner calm.
