The location, right on South Sound Beach, gives Point of View a wonderful seclusion and yet it is only five minutes from historic George Town and just ten minutes from the airport. The world-famous Seven Mile Beach and hidden gem of Smith's Cove are both within ten minutes and yet you may not want to wander far with the private, child-friendly sands at your feet.
The home's chic and stylish open plan living area is composed of shining white walls, grand windows that frame the ocean views and beautiful light fittings that work with the sunlight to fill every corner with bright, beguiling ambience. The decadent chef's kitchen boasts simply dazzling vistas from the comfort of the breakfast bar and is packed with high-end Miele, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. For kids there is a fantastic entertainment room with 70\"\" flatscreen TV, gaming system, Apple TV and SONOS sound system as well as a table football and an inspired extra touch in the form of a giant wall Scrabble board!
Kids and teens will also love the six-person bunk room: the perfect setting for a midnight feast. For the adults there is a sumptuous master suite with a huge walk-in closet, morning kitchen and incredible ocean views. A second master suite contains its own treasures in the form of a marble and crystal bath and ocean vistas. Two further kings and a queen ensuite all provide elegant retreats of comfort and privacy.
The true wonder of Point of View, however, lies outside in the form of the longest residential pool on the island that meanders its way round the very walls of the home: a border of sparkling sapphire. Within the pool you will discover two hot tubs, a shallow children's pool and a multitude of sun shelves whilst the infinity-edge seems to blend with the ocean beyond. Running alongside the pool is a capacious deck, filled with places to relax and unwind in the sun or shade. At one end lies the wooden dining terrace and fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, just metres from the sand. As if that weren't enough, the private dock provides a kayak and paddleboard for venturing out on the waves. At the end of the dock lies a beautiful, traditionally thatched gazebo, seeming to float upon the water and promising a view unlike any other.
