With a magnificent location in a private gated community, Rip Kai invites up to 24 guests for a stay of a lifetime in Grand Cayman. This nine-bedroom villa is lavishly decorated with a micro-resort feel guaranteed to help guests relax.

Lined by swaying palm trees and with sand that's so white it dazzles you, Grand Cayman's Rum Point is one of the island's (if not the world's) best beaches. The utterly stunning location is where you'll be sharing the warm, blue water with gentle turtles, and beach shacks selling rum cocktails sit alongside gourmet restaurants. It's a charming, surprisingly laid-back paradise where beach clubs offer spa treatments, and the sunsets turn the sky into a living work of art.

Rip Kai's designers spared no expense when they created this masterpiece. The interior is sumptuously decorated using bespoke furnishings and adorned with artwork. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly, transitioning from a cool interior to a sunny and beautifully tranquil exterior. A professional standard kitchen is the dream of any chef and is complemented by a butler's pantry, while the dining rooms are elegant and can seat up to 16 guests. A media room is perfect for a movie night, or adjourn to the intimate piano bar for a romantic evening.

The nine bedrooms are divided between the main villa, detached veranda suites, and guest cottage. Five suites in the main villa provide serene oases consisting of three king-size suites, including the exceptional primary suite with a private balcony, a bunk suite with two sets of full-over-full bunks, and a twin suite with two twin beds. The two king-size veranda suites both have private access and walk-out access to the pool, while the two-bedroom guest cottage sleeps six, with two twin beds in one suite and a king-size bed in the other, as well as a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests.

Guests can keep active with a large infinity-edge pool, a beach volleyball court, and a games pavilion. With the option of a full team to take care of everything, access to the resort's private fitness centre and a truly spectacular beachfront location, Rip Kai is a special retreat for that landmark anniversary or birthday party.
