Wind Upon The Waves is a Grand Cayman masterpiece with three elegant bedrooms and space for up to eight guests. Sublimely decorated using contemporary motifs, it’s a comfortable, welcoming villa that lets you unwind and relax in total seclusion.

If you think of a Caribbean idyll where lush interiors are surrounded by a coastline lined with endless sandy beaches, you're thinking of Grand Cayman. The largest of the three Cayman Islands, it's a tropical haven with an important and unique ecosystem. You'll share the beaches with gentle sea turtles and catch the occasional glimpse of a majestic whale as they drift by the island on their annual migration. Or explore the rainforest interior to see a wealth of rare orchids and jewel-like hummingbirds.

Wind Upon The Waves is a gated estate that guarantees privacy, with panoramic views of the south coast and the dramatic shoreline. Utilising an open-plan layout and typical Caribbean indoor-outdoor lifestyle, it’s a tranquil villa with appealing interiors and lush gardens that surround sunny terraces and a sparkling infinity pool. The modern design motifs lift the villa and give it a fresh, lively atmosphere, while the cathedral-like vaulted ceilings provide a real sense of space. The refined living area leads effortlessly into the internal dining area and bespoke kitchen, or you can head outdoors and dine al fresco.

The three bedrooms are soothingly decorated in soft tones, and all have walk-out access to the pool deck and gardens. The primary suite has a spacious king-size bed and dual vanity ensuite with an ocean-view rainfall shower and soak tub. The West Suite has a cosy queen-size bed and ensuite, while the Middle Suite has two twin beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed. A queen sofa bed in the media room, which is adjacent to the Middle Suite, provides additional sleeping arrangements for two guests.

Keep your workouts on track in the fitness room, which features top-of-the-range exercise equipment. Or step outside for an early-morning dip in the pool as the sun rises. Wind Upon The Waves is a magical hideaway to help you revive your mind, body and spirit underneath a cloudless blue sky.

    • Wind Upon the Waves sits on an elevated, iron-shore shelf overlooking the Caribbean Sea. You cannot enter the ocean from the back of the home. Jagged rocks and rough tides make water entry here dangerous. Instead, guests should visit nearby Heritage Beach or Colliers Public Beach in the east end.
