In an elevated position and surrounded by lush forests, Villa Belinda has a quiet setting yet is just a few minutes from the restaurants and bars of Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch. This modern five-bedroom villa has a sunny terrace focused around the private pool, with palm-shaded spots for lounging. It’s particularly pretty at night, when the pool and the palm trees are lit up.

The villa’s design uses wooden furnishings and lots of art to create a homely feel. A light glass-fronted lounge area is the ideal space for relaxing with a glass of wine, while the contemporary kitchen has everything you’ll need for whipping up local dishes. If you prefer to dine al fresco, a covered lounge and summer kitchen with barbecue overlooks the pool. This is a great spot for cooking up sizzling seafood and steaks, tempting your guests up from their sun loungers as the smell of barbecue food fills the air.

Each of the five bedrooms has a unique design, with a statement headboard and individual artwork. The ensuite bathrooms are equally unique and the impressive master bedroom even comes with an opulent hammam. The master also features two dressing rooms and a small private gym. Three further bedrooms have their own private access that’s separate from the main house and there’s a small annexe if you need to sleep an extra guest. Villa Belinda is a chic and stylish home with a prime location that allows you to discover the best bits of Ibiza.
