Coconut palms, fruit trees and zoysiagrass lawns perfectly frame the spectacular views across Mammee Bay, one of the most desirable seaside spots along the north coast with its sugary-white sands and sparkling rock pools.

The interiors of Seven Seas feel almost like an extension of the abundant natural world outside, with extensive use of natural materials in the cut stone walls and Brazilian cherry wood finishings. The rich warm colour palette creates a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, with vibrant local artwork brightening every room.

Your personal butler is there to take care of your every need during your stay at Seven Seas, leaving you free to spend your days however you desire. Sporty guests will love the tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts, while those who prefer to relax may opt instead to lie back in a hammock or curl up in a hanging chair with a refreshing cocktail as the young ones quite literally slide into the shimmering heated pool. As the sun sets, dine al fresco in the dining pavilion and enjoy a delicious feast expertly prepared by the villa’s chef, then head to the hot tub for a spot of stargazing.

Seven Seas offers four king-sized bedrooms each complete with ensuite bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends staying together; a portable crib and pool toys are available, should you wish to bring the children.

*Please note that Seven Seas is home to three friendly dogs. If preferred, they can be kept in their dog pen during the day but they are allowed to roam at night after guests retire.

*A 7-night, full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

*Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

*Please note, a refundable security deposit may apply in addition to the nonrefundable damage waiver. Please inquire for more details.
