The Clubhouse:

Main Level:

A majestic, stone-clad entrance opens into a vaulted lounge and dining area furnished with fine contemporary Asian art and decor with wood and glass doors opening onto the large pool deck. The lounge extends into a spacious dining room with 16-seater round solid Teak table, served by a fully fitted western show kitchen. A separate wet kitchen allows the staff to unobtrusively prepare meals for the guests.

Upper Mezzanine Level:

The expansive main lounge area is furnished with a giant, 9-metre sofa, plus a pool table, an extended choice of books and gaming table for additional holiday fun and entertainment.

Mid-Lower Level:

Heading down a few steps from the main floor, the dedicated health and fitness area includes a gym with the latest exercise machines, opening to the lower sea view pool deck, a dry sauna, a steam room, a large jacuzzi and a massage room for private spa treatments. A large changing area and shower compliment the resort style facilities.

Lower Level:

The villa's unique, 12-seater, fully automated cinema and video game room is perfect for evening entertainment. Movies and lighting are controlled from a specially programmed iPad and the space even comes with its own mini bar and micro wave. A fitted wine cellar occupies an adjacent room, a wine cooler with a constant 18 C and stocked with over 100 bottles covering the finest vintage and champagne from around the world. This floor also features the changing and shower facilities for the tennis court.

Pool & Sun Terrace:

The Clubhouse opens onto a wide wooden multi level sun deck furnished. The main deck hosts sun loungers that borders the 32 metre infinity pool with built-in 8 person jacuzzi while the lower deck and it sea view boats several sofas. One side of the deck also features a roofed poolside relaxation sala or gazebo, while a second furnished sala is positioned as an ideal location for a BBQ for al fresco meals and drinks prepared by the private chef and the villa team.

Master Villa:

The Master Villa comprises of a lounge area, a Grand master suite, 2 spacious Guest suite and 1 Teenagers' or Nanny's room with twin beds.

The three elegant suites that occupy the Master Villa are all spacious, luxurious and decorated with striking contemporary Asian art and collectables.

As you come through the lounge area, the two suites on the first floor offer generous bedroom and living spaces, as well as indulgent bathrooms with large tubs. One of these suites and its ensuite bathroom has been specifically designed with wheel chair access for guests with reduced mobility.

The Grand Master Suite, located on the upper level of the pavilion, is even more generous in terms of space and also features in and outdoor showers, the latter with dramatic views of the sparkling bay below, the marine park and the stunning Samui sunsets. The bathroom centerpiece is a large whirlpool jacuzzi to enjoy a relaxing bath following a day out. The suite boasts a spacious terrace with sun beds and lounging sofa sitting 4 that overlooks the pool and main sun deck of the villa.

A separate fourth bedroom is suitable for teenagers, or as accommodation for a nanny, featuring its own en-suite shower room.

Villa A:

Villa A comprises of 2 Guest suites with en-suite bathroom.

Positioned to make the most of the stunning ocean views, the two comfortably furnished guest suites boast floor-to-ceiling wood and glass doors that slide open onto shaded, glass walled balconies.

The upper level suite features an amazing four poster bed complete with its lounge sofa overlooking the cove. Its en-suite bathroom features a large built-in tubs with shuttered windows.

The lower level suite boast a king size bed opening to the deck and the tamarind tree which provides providence shade to a section of the beach. Its en-suite bathroom features a rain shower.

Villa B:

Villa B comprises of a Guest suite with an adjoining Children's bedroom.

Perfect for a family of up to 4, Villa B combines a luxuriously appointed suite with the mattress raised on a platform, a specially designed and decorated room sleeping 2 children completes this family haven.

The en-suite bathroom features a large bathtub with a hand shower and the outdoor covered decks is ideal for a little private play time with the kids.

For some quieter time, Villa B features a dedicated covered deck underneath the bedroom and which overlooks the beach and the island of Koh Phangan, a place to indulge the quietness, read or simply relax looking out to the sea.

The Beach:

The villa's soft, white sand beach is shaded by tamarind trees with sun loungers, a Thai massage bed and a purpose built 'lovers' lounge' installed for an unforgettably romantic sunset.

The beach is considered semi-private as it is not accessible on either side and solely shared with another luxury villa which is kept for private use only.

The tidal phenomenon is such that at times the water may be at a lower level, uncovering some rocks and providing another insight to the local nature while keeping the dramatic outlook to the neighboring Koh Phangan island.

Guests with reduced mobility:
