Take a short, five-minute stroll from the front door and you’ll reach Columbia Road in no time at all - a popular street renowned for its small collection of boutique shops and its much-loved flower market.

Warm, earthy tones form the interior colour palette of this lovely home; accentuated by the natural wood flooring and traditional cobblestones in the kitchen. Despite being just a few miles from the beating heart of the city, Baxendale Street has a real country-inspired, cosy feel to it - making it an excellent choice for couples or families searching for the best of both worlds while visiting the capital.

The spacious, open-plan sitting and dining room leads on through to the kitchen. From here, French doors open out onto a bright and leafy garden space where you can listen to the chirping of passing birds and the distant hum of the city with your morning coffee in hand.

Back inside on the second floor, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second double bedroom. Close by is the main bathroom, with its elegant Victorian-style fittings, including a sumptuous roll-top bathtub and a decorative cast-iron fireplace.

There’s a good chance you’ll want to explore the rest of the city. The nearest tube station, Hoxton, is only a ten-minute walk away, offering easy access to the centre of London.

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

* While the TV in this home does not have terrestrial channels, it does feature internet access.

* There is no hanging space in the second bedroom, however, there are hooks on the door, and ample flat storage in the cupboard. There is also extra hanging space in the master bedroom.

* This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

* There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
