* This home has air conditioning in the second bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

* The are several steps up to the entrance of this home with no elevator access.

* This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.

* The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.

* The doors that lead onto the terrace in the second bedroom are not in use as the terrace belongs to the neighbour.

* There is an external CCTV camera looking over the terrace of this home, however, there are none inside.


Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.


Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
