The spectacular Kew Gardens lie behind Clarence Road, with the main entrance just a short walk away. Explore the most diverse botanical collection in the world, including the tropical glass houses, for visits during inclement weather.

Clarence Road's open-plan ground floor offers a warm, family home ambience. The welcoming living room feels cosy with its brick wall lined with books and snug white sofas – the perfect spot to catch a movie on the flat screen. A chic white kitchen with a handsome forest green island is flooded with natural light, leading to a large pine dining table overlooking the peaceful garden.

Guests can access the first floor using an elevator. Here, there are four attractive bedrooms with a comforting, traditional feel. The master bedroom offers a super king-size bed and boasts a boutique ensuite with a gorgeous waterfall shower. A king-size bed is in the second bedroom along with another ensuite, one twin-size bed in the third, and two twin-size beds in the fourth bedroom. These rooms share a family bathroom with a tub.

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.

* This home is spread over four floors with an internal elevator that links the ground and first floors. The ground and first floors are fully wheelchair accessible.

* There is parking for one car outside of this home. Please speak to our sales advisors for more information.

* The homeowner's cleaner comes once a week, and their gardener comes every fortnight and will need access through the house. Our service team will contact you closer to the time if applicable.

* Noise can be heard from planes overhead, however this is significantly reduced between the hours of 11PM and 6AM.

* This home has a fourth bedroom that includes two single beds that are not pictured in the listing photographs.

* There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there are hooks on the wall instead.
