Clarence Road's open-plan ground floor offers a warm, family home ambience. A king-size bed is in the second bedroom along with another ensuite, one twin-size bed in the third, and two twin-size beds in the fourth bedroom. These rooms share a family bathroom with a tub.

Home Truths
- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.
- This home is spread over four floors with an internal elevator that links the ground and first floors. The ground and first floors are fully wheelchair accessible.
- There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space.
- The homeowner's cleaner comes once a week, and their gardener comes every fortnight and will need access through the house. Our service team will contact you closer to the time if applicable.
- Noise can be heard from planes overhead, however this is significantly reduced between the hours of 11PM and 6AM.
- This home has a fourth bedroom that includes two single beds that are not pictured in the listing photographs.
- There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there are hooks on the wall instead.
- While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
