The apartment was very nice and spacious. The greeter who welcomed us was wonderful and explained everything and made us feel welcome. The apartment was well equipped.

onefinestay's prompt response and meticulous consideration put us at ease from the beginning. We were very anxious because we had been introduced to this place as an alternative after being disappointed with another company's service. But Jack was great and we trusted him completely :) When I arrived at the accommodation, the greeter was friendly and sincere, and the grocery delivery service was perfect. When I plan a trip again, I will definitely consider onefinestay first (I am already recommending them to many friends)!

* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

* There are stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.

* This home doesn't have an oven, however, a microwave with grill is available.

* This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

* The door to the second bedroom ensuite is currently broken and is not in use. However, the second bedroom can be locked.
