Set over three floors, the entrance level comprises a homey, open-plan living area, kitchen and dining space, which leads to a small outdoor terrace. The comfy sofa, arm chairs, tapestry rugs and cushions create a warm, lived-in feel, while upstairs, the highlight is the light-filled second bedroom and balcony on the second floor. Outside, Kensington High Street, with its array of shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, while in the other direction, the delights of Notting Hill and Portobello Market await.

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* This home is spread over three with no internal elevator.

* There is a sofabed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept pets and toddlers.

ID CHECK

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
