* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
* This lovely family home is on a quiet pedestrian terrace, this means there is no direct access by car. It is only a short minutes walk to the property from the main road.
* This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
* This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
* This home has a wonderful roof terrace and balcony but please be aware that the access staircase is rather steep and coming back down from the terrace needs to be done with care.
* Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are several steps up to the front door.
* The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
* This home's second bedroom is located on the lower ground floor.
