Balancing act
Between Kew Gardens and Richmond Park, this four-floored home is beautifully balanced. From the front door it’s left to the living space, which is both elegant and edgy lit by chandelier and with cowhide upholstery and exposed brick. In the entrance hall a statement glass stairway leads down to the kitchen‘s marble breakfast bar and designer dining table, where floor-to-ceiling windows reveal the well-groomed garden.

Heading upstairs, first you’ll find the bathroom, with its claw-foot bath. Then comes the second bedroom with a garden view and king-size bed. Next is the master bedroom, with abaroque bedstead and an ensuite. The stairs lead up (past the second bathroom) to the double bedroom, with a broad bay window and a sense of symmetry.
