* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

* There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* This is a well loved family home with some unique quirks and therefore shows some signs of wear and tear.

* The water pressure in this home can be low, especially if both bathrooms are used at the same time.
