Less than a ten-minute walk from its lively streets, you’ll have plenty of options when it comes to getting a bite to eat or indulging in a spot of retail therapy at the famed Camden Market. Even closer are the lawned gardens of Regent's Park, where you can enjoy pretty landscaped gardens, worlds away from the usual city bustle. In fact, the inner and outer circles of Regent’s Park can be found right at the end of the road, meaning you’re just steps away from a morning jog or an afternoon stroll in the park.
Five floors up from street level, Oval Road III overlooks the Camden Roundhouse and the rest of the city skyline. Everything unfolds across a single, spacious level, with the heart of the home being the glorious sitting room. Rustic features - such as the exposed brick walls and natural wood flooring - contrast beautifully against the chic soft furnishings, their deep blue and orange tones grabbing your attention as soon as you walk in.
With both the kitchen and dining area set just behind the sitting room, it’s a wonderfully sociable layout for a small group of friends getting together to enjoy some quality time away. There’s even a balcony running along the length of the apartment - the perfect spot to sit on and soak up the city views, morning coffee in hand.
A good night’s rest can be enjoyed in the master bedroom; a bright, modern space offering a king-sized bed and a private ensuite. Equally as lovely is the second bedroom, complete with a double bed and decorated with vibrant golden hues. Both bedrooms enjoy direct access to the balcony, from which you can the sights and sounds of Primrose Hill.
