- This home has air conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between May and September, we will provide fans for each room that needs it. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

- This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets. If a pet is part of the booking an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
- The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
- There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space.
