A cosy family bolthole or a chic base for a getaway with friends, this stylish home is within walking distance of the district’s renowned museums, as well as being less than a mile from the luxury department stores of Harrods and Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge.

The entrance level hosts a sophisticated open-plan kitchen and dining space, illuminated by the huge window overlooking the lovely stucco-fronted houses across the street. The Scandi-style wood furnishings and beautiful herringbone flooring add a touch of warmth to the otherwise crisp white colour palette of the room; everything feels fresh and modern, without being overly minimalist.

Encompassing the entire second level of the home, the sitting room is yet another light-filled space. Beyond the zesty yellow armchairs and snuggly L-shaped sofa, French doors open out onto a private balcony. Furnished with a rattan dining table for two, it’s a sweet spot to sit and enjoy brunch or your morning coffee if the sun is shining.

Four bedrooms are divided across the many levels of the home. On the lowest level is the second bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The third level is where you’ll find the spacious master bedroom also with a plush king-sized bed, as well as the fourth bedroom with a single bed. The third bedroom, with a king-sized bed, can be found on the fourth level.

* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is a third bathroom in this home that is not pictured on the listing.

* Tube noise can be heard throughout the home but especially in the basement bedroom.

* This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

* Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are several steps up to the door.

* This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.

* This home may accept pets on request. If so, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.

* There are cameras in this home, however they will be switched off during your booking.

* The dining table in this home only seats six people.

* The fireplace in the sitting room is not in use.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
