    • During term time, noise can be heard from the nearby school during drop off and pick up times, as well as at lunch and break times.
    • The stairs leading up to the fourth level bathroom might be considered narrow and steep.
    • The BBQ seen in the listing photos is not for guest use.
    • The bed in the second bedroom can become two single beds. Please let us know if you would like this made up for your booking.
