- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home is split over four floors with no internal elevator.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
- During term time, noise can be heard from the nearby school during drop off and pick up times, as well as at lunch and break times.
- The stairs leading up to the fourth level bathroom might be considered narrow and steep.
- The BBQ seen in the listing photos is not for guest use.
- The bed in the second bedroom can become two single beds. Please let us know if you would like this made up for your booking.
