Home Truths
- Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
- For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
- Please note the home is located on a main road.
- This home is a much loved family home and you may see some signs of wear and tear.
- The lowest level of the home does not have any natural lighting and can get darker than the other levels. There is a bedroom with a queen bed that could sleep two additional guests located here, which could host a staff member or nanny.
