Frontera Avenue is a contemporary three-bedroom retreat in Pacific Palisades. Furnished from head-to-toe in funky designer decor, this gorgeous abode consists of two separate structures; the main home and a cosy guest house. Outside, a collection of secluded outdoor dining and lounge areas let you make the most of the balmy weather, complete with a heated swimming pool and spa.

Whether you’re visiting with your family or as a group of friends, there’s more than enough room for up to eight guests to make themselves right at home here. Step inside the entrance and discover a bright and airy sitting room, where comfy brown leather sofas gather around a striking stone hearth.

Just behind is the convenient and fully-equipped kitchen, along with a dining table for four. A larger dining room is just down the hall if you’re planning something a little more formal; accessed from here is the third sitting room.

The second floor is home to two of Frontera Avenue’s three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its dressing room, ensuite bathroom, and super king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed while doubling up as a useful office space for those working from home. It’s on this level you’ll also find the second sitting room, equipped with a futon and exercise equipment. The separate guest house is perfect for teenagers or any others who need their own space. Far from compact, inside you’ll find a sofabed, kitchen, bathroom, and a master bedroom with a super king-sized bed.

Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the sprawling Santa Monica Mountains, Pacific Palisades is a truly spectacular setting for your next Los Angeles getaway. Lined by leafy fig trees and lush palms, this upscale neighbourhood is a quieter contrast to the hustle and bustle of Santa Monica’s golden coast, while only being five miles away from all the action.

Closer still, the many canyon parks of Pacific Palisades offer an abundance of scenic hiking trails, winding through the hills and opening out onto some of the most spectacular ocean views you’ll ever see. Or, you could just enjoy an easygoing stroll over to the nearby Palisades Village, with its hip restaurants and independent boutique stores this makes for a great afternoon out.
