Around ten minutes’ walk from Venice Beach, this contemporary home feels fresh. Straight ahead of the front door you’ll find a dining table for six, and eye-catching floating glass shelves in the raised kitchen. There’s a working fireplace and teal sofa in the sitting room, opposite, and beyond is the second sitting room, where artwork and sculpture sit between full-height bookcases and a wall of windows. Out through the glass doors, the garden has a barbecue and fire pit.

Back in the sitting room, a staircase leads up to the bathroom on the left. In the second bedroom, there’s a balcony and a queen-size bed, and on the other side of the marbled second bathroom, the third bedroom has a single-size trundle bed. Also on this floor is the master bedroom (with a king-size bed and an ensuite), and up again you’ll come to the large roof terrace.

* There are no curtains in the master and second bedrooms.

* There is ample unrestricted street parking around this home.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the bunk bed in the third bedroom has been removed and there is now a trundle bed which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* Some furniture and decor items in the master bedroom has been rearranged and added since the onefinestay photoshoot.

* This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV to access streaming services.

* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

* One loveable cat lives at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.


Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.


Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
