This single-storey home high up in the hills is a wonderfully characterful hideaway offering four bedrooms and plenty of space for up to ten guests. With scenic views over the Moraga Vineyard and the Getty Museum, as well as hiking trails right on your doorstep, Moraga Drive is the opportunity to discover a whole different side to Bel Air, while ensuring there is never any compromise on comfort or opulence.
Located approximately 12 miles west of Downtown LA, Bel Air is where you'll find opulent mansions, high-end dining, delightful boutiques, and exclusive health spas. But Bel Air is much more than that, with a wild natural beauty that captures the imagination and entices you to explore the canyons and mountain trails. Other local attractions to discover include the Hannah Carter Japanese Garden and the world-renowned Getty Museum, just a short distance from Moraga Drive.
The fact that this outstanding home is a single-storey building gives it a cosy, tucked-away feeling surrounded by mature gardens. This gives it a sensation of total privacy, a highly-valued commodity in this part of LA. The interior is bright and full of energy, with bespoke furnishings and pops of colour that bring it to life.
