Panoramic glass doors open out onto the beautifully landscaped garden, with lots of wonderful features to entertain all generations of the family. Cosy up around the built-in seating area with a BBQ and fire pit, make a splash in the pool, or enjoy a soothing afternoon in the spa - there’s more than one way to make the most of the LA sunshine out here.
On the upper floor, there’s another lovely sitting room and four fabulous bedrooms - all with ensuites for extra convenience and privacy. * This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
* There are two parking spaces in the driveway of the home and unrestricted street parking available.
* There is central air conditioning in the main home and a wall air conditioner in the separate guest house.
* There are external security cameras located facing the front door and driveway areas. There are also cameras facing the backyard and outdoor dining areas which will be turned off during your stay.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
DEPOSIT
Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
