On the entrance floor, you’ll find the lounge and dining spaces. Panoramic glass doors open out onto the beautifully landscaped garden, with lots of wonderful features to entertain all generations of the family. * One loveable cat lives in the home. While they won't be around during your stay, this home may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies.
* This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
* Some of the furniture have been re-arranged in the bedrooms upstairs.
* There are two parking spaces in the driveway of the home and unrestricted street parking available.
* There is central air conditioning in the main home and a wall air conditioner in the separate guest house.
* There are external security cameras located facing the front door and driveway areas. There are also external cameras facing the backyard and outdoor dining areas and internal cameras, which will be turned off during your stay.

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
