Home Truths

* Please note the homeowner's dog stays at the home occasionally, but will not be there during your stay.

* The driveway leading to this home can accommodate up to six cars, however, please be aware that the driveway is very steep.

* The central air conditioning and heating in this home is only available upstairs. The windows on the lower floor open completely to let in a cool breeze.

* This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence). There is, however, a pool cover.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the TV in the upstairs bedroom has been removed. There is one TV located downstairs.

* This home comfortably sleeps two adults, with an additional queen sofabed that can be made up upon request in the sitting room bringing the maximum occupancy to four.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
