Spread across 1,500 glorious acres, Punta Mita is a resort and residential community surrounded on three sides by the blue Pacific Ocean. As well as two golf courses that will challenge even the lowest-handicap player, the resort has every amenity the discerning guest could wish for, from spa centres and wellness treatments to a tennis club where pro tennis coaches will help you improve your backhand. Serenata 3 is one of the estate’s premium villas, providing guests with a relaxed interior that flows naturally to the exterior and onto the sun-drenched terrace. The living area is casual with plenty of comfortable sofas, while dining can take place indoors at the charmingly intimate dining table or al fresco on the terrace. The four bedrooms are restful and calming, decorated in soft tones that help you unwind at the end of a busy day. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while a fourth offers two twin beds and two single bunk beds, making this an ideal family room. All have ensuites and wonderful views of the 7th fairway or the garden.

Outside, an infinity pool is just the spot for cooling down or getting in a few laps before breakfast, while the plus-size jacuzzi invites you to soak in warm bubbles as the stars come out and dream about the next day's adventures.
