This superb seven-bedroom, three-level villa welcomes up to 16 guests, providing them with the perfect beachfront escape in the sun.

Kupuri is home to the exclusive Punta Mita resort, a private estate of over 1,500 acres. This tropical haven doesn't just offer some of the most exceptional villas in this part of Mexico but also pristine white-sand beaches, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, and an abundance of activities, restaurants and spas. Punta Mita is all about relaxation, indulgence and pampering in surroundings that showcase the enchantingly beautiful Banderas Bay at its finest.

Any beachfront villa that comes with its own fountain has to be a cut above the rest. Estate Las Palmas doesn’t hold back when it comes to opulence, and every element of this modern villa has been meticulously thought through. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas lead effortlessly to mirrored outdoor spaces, allowing guests to mingle and socialise. Entertainment is taken care of with a media room with plush seats and a large screen for those movie nights, or start the day off with a workout in the gym followed by a sauna.

Three bedrooms on the ground floor all feature twin queen-size beds and attractive ensuites, and also have a day bed for those lazy afternoons. Level one is home to the king-size primary suite and a further double queen-size room. Level two houses a further double queen-size guestroom and the junior suite with a king-size bed. Two additional service rooms are also available, with two single beds in each.

Estate Las Palmas' exterior is as captivating as its interior, with a sparkling infinity-edge pool and a choice of terraces and cosy nooks where you can laze in the afternoon and bask in the sun's warmth.
