Walk into an open plan double height sitting room, decorated with chic neutral tones and opulent finishes. A stunning glass staircase centres the room, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area behind. Expansive glass doors lead onto a tranquil terrace, magical for dining al fresco by the pool on a warm sunny day. Unwind and relax on the rooftop terrace come night, with a beautiful dining table perfect for sipping on cocktails as the sun gently sets and the sky turns dusty pink.

Spacious light bedrooms are covered with soft fabrics and plush cushions, with colourful Mexican artwork on the walls. Floor to ceiling glass doors reveal an abundance of sunlight onto the pristine white walls, leading to a private terrace perfect for relaxing with a book. The ensuite bathrooms have been elegantly decorated in mosaic tiles and rustic furnishings. The five bedrooms are a combination of king and queen beds which can be adjusted into twin beds on request - ideal for families with children or mixed groups of friends.

Just moments away from the infamous Mayan ruins, Casa Los Charcos is an extremely accessible villa to explore the exotic surroundings. Nestled off the white sandy beaches of Playacar, the villa has private access to the bay via tropical vegetation from the highway. In less than a 15-minute walk, arrive at the eccentric 5th Avenue and its authentic Mexican delicacies and local boutiques.
