Sequestered on Mexico’s sun-soaked Caribbean Coast, two hours south of lively Cancún and a short distance from happening Tulum, Villa Zama is a five-bed beachside villa that sleeps up to ten guests. Combining modern, minimalist design and traditional wood, wicker and palm finishes, the villa boasts an unparalleled location in the heart of Tankah Bay.

Whether you want to feel the sand between your toes, cool off in the crystal waters, explore the surrounding jungle or enjoy Tulum's enticing archaeology and trendy town centre, Villa Zama has it all. To the south, the Sian Ka'an UNESCO World Heritage Bioreserve provides adventurous guests with a natural playground to explore, while party-loving Cancún is two hours to the north. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, and guests can kayak, snorkel and partake in a range of watersports in multiple spots along the coast.

While three of the villa’s bedrooms feature king-size beds, the remaining contain two queen-size beds each. All rooms benefit from indulgent ensuite bathrooms and ocean views and are defined by their attention to detail. Elegant furnishings complement the contemporary decor and guarantee total comfort, while wall-length windows flood the space with natural light.

Villa Zama’s open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area encourage easy socialisation, while instant access to outdoor areas blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior. Equipped with all the kitchen appliances you need to prepare exquisite Mexican feasts, the villa includes a large dining table, enticing sofa seating and a widescreen TV.
