Perched right on Jade Beach along the Mayan Riviera, Zen del Sol is a dreamy destination for relaxation-seekers, action-packed holidaymakers and beach-fiends alike. Whether you’re travelling with your family or friends, the eight-bedroom beachside villa has something for everyone, from jaw-dropping tropical gardens to the collection of kayaks that offer an excellent way to explore the coral reefs.

The villa is a masterpiece of local craftsmanship, carefully designed decor and rustic charm. As soon as you wander inside, you’ll be greeted by an impressive entrance foyer built with Mayan limestone. Homely and inviting, the villa’s living area has been decorated with comfort in mind - sit back on the soft sofas, which are laden with plush cushions, and feast your eyes on the TV (if you can tear your eyes from the gorgeous pool outside, that is). The kitchen has been stunningly crafted from black granite and dark woods, with plenty of preparation space and amenities to ensure everything you need to whip up your favourite dishes. Feast with your loved ones in the grand dining room, which seats up to 21 people, or else head outdoors for a delicious meal in the fresh sea air.

During the day, make the most of the balmy weather by relaxing in the vast pool, before drying off on one of the many poolside sun loungers. Kick back on a comfortable chair under the thatched beach palapa, with a freshly-poured cocktail in hand. Should the waves be calling, the beach is on your doorstep and the villa also has kayaks for guests to make use of. After all that excitement, enjoy an afternoon nap on one of the hammocks.

Zen del Sol has eight lovely bedrooms, sleeping up to 21 people. All have elegant ensuite bathrooms, and private balconies, and most have jaw-dropping ocean views. Ideal for families and groups of friends alike, three rooms have king-sized beds and single sofa beds, and one has a king-sized bed and double bed. Six of the rooms are located in the main villa, and two in the guest pavilion - perfect for those seeking a little privacy during their stay.
