The Sardinian dream awaits you in this beautiful five-bedroom villa beside the sea. Villa Arianna is nestled in the private consortium of Porto Ravel, on the north of the Costa Smeralda. With stunning ocean views towards the tiny island of La Maddalena and peace and tranquillity guaranteed, this spacious villa welcomes up to eight guests with elegant interiors and picture-perfect exteriors where the hum of bees and the scent of wild thyme hangs in the air.

Costa Smeralda is a place of warm turquoise waters, powder-soft sand, and charming fishing villages with cobbled streets that tumble down towards sleepy harbours. Created as an exclusive escape for the rich and famous in the 1960s, it still has that air of refinement and is the perfect location for guests who want the best of everything - and total privacy too. Wander around Porto Cervo and take your pick of gourmet restaurants and cafes. Try a new water sport in the clear blue waters that line this enchanting stretch of coastline. Or tee off on one of the pristine golf courses that offer up a real challenge to even the most experienced putter.

Villa Arianna captures the sublime character of the region with contemporary décor accented with bespoke artwork and unique features. The open-plan living space transitions effortlessly between interior and exterior, populated with cosy couches and intimate dining areas where guests can socialise in comfort. The kitchen is sleek and filled with the latest culinary appliances, so you can rustle up a quick breakfast or put together some pasta for an evening meal. The four king-size bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated in soothing colours. A fifth bedroom on the garden level comes complete with a sofa bed and a private bathroom - an excellent option for a nanny or accompanying staff member.

Outside, the large sun terrace gives you unrivalled views of the ocean, and steps lead down to your own semi-private beach for those early-morning yoga sessions on the sand or some wild swimming. A private buoy for docking boats up to around 16m is available, making Villa Arianna an ideal choice for guests who are passionate about sailing and fishing. Please note that while Villa Arianna does not have a pool, the villa does come complete with its own semi-private beach. This beach can only be accessed by land via the villa's private pathway and sailing boats rarely dock here, meaning you're unlikely to have to share this with anyone else.
Please note that City Tax applies to all bookings cost depends on the area. The cost can be paid locally or deducted from the security deposit.
