This stylish waterfront villa stretching across two floors boasts an elevated position on the hillside with panoramic views across the surrounding ocean and the enchanting town of Cefalù, just ten minutes away. Located on the glorious coastline of northern Sicily, this refined hideaway with six bedrooms is well suited to families or groups of friends travelling together.

The modern interior spaces are a calming retreat for all the senses. Minimal yet warm, the space was designed by the architect owners as a place to unwind in comfort and savour a slower pace of life. Dione Villa includes a gorgeous dining area, a well-appointed kitchen and a lounge area with plush sofas and a chic fireplace. The beautiful multi-chromatic ceramic floor, with its white, grey and taupe palette, ties together the perfectly placed restored furniture. A floating staircase leads to the superb bedrooms, four with queen-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and access to a panoramic terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are located in a separate annexe and come with a queen-size bed and double bed respectively. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and one bathroom on the first floor of the annexe.

A haven for beach lovers, the villa offers direct beach access - a private sandy hideaway is just a short walk away. Even closer to home in the villa's gorgeous outdoor pool, set within the peaceful, verdant garden. When the golden hour descends on the shoreline, recline in the daybed or sample fine Italian wine listening to the waves caress the salty rocks below as the sun sinks into the sea through cloudless blue skies.
