Boasting the most magnificent sea views across the Cap d’Antibes and beyond, prepare to be mesmerised as you gaze out from the villa’s sun-soaked terraces.

A series of winding steps take you through the front garden and into the vast living space on the ground floor. Combining the lounge, kitchen, and dining room, this open-plan layout keeps the group together whether you are unwinding on the sofa or prepping lunch for everyone in the well-equipped kitchen. A wall of sliding doors lets the sunlight pour in while providing easy access to the upper terrace.

Furnished with an al fresco dining table, its elevated position makes it a lovely space to enjoy meals together as the sun sets beneath the azure coast. A few steps lead down to the larger, lower terrace where a heated saltwater pool awaits. You’ll also find a cosy shaded gazebo, a ping pong table, and plenty of comfy loungers to bask in the summer sunshine.

The four ensuite bedrooms are located in the main villa, three with double beds and one with twins. One of the double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with the remaining three spaced out on the lower floor of the villa.
