Situated in Vitet, in the east of the island, Abby Villa’s high hillside location boasts impressive vistas over St Barts and the ocean beyond. The sweeping panoramas include views of the islands of Tortue, Toc Vert, Fregate and Anguilla, as well as the neighbourhoods of Marigot, Petit and Grand Cul de Sac Lagoon. Relax on the spacious terrace and spot the white sails of the boats drifting lazily into the surrounding bays and reefs that dot the island.

The impressive sundeck stretches out into the horizon and includes a gleaming pool, multiple plush loungers and a covered seating area. Sun worshippers will feel right at home with ample space to catch the rays and the refreshing pool nearby for a cooling dip. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen opens onto several seating areas, including a breakfast bar, al fresco dining space with stunning seascapes and a formal indoor dining room.

The three contemporary bedrooms in the home all have opulent ensuite bathrooms and excellent panoramas of the turquoise ocean, with the largest room also featuring an office. The villa is built on one level with the master suite located just off the kitchen on one side of the villa and the other two bedrooms situated near the living room in a separate bungalow, for added privacy. The home is ideally suited to a family or group of friends holidaying together.
