Villa Coco Rock is an expansive, six-bedroom home situated on the hillside of Petit Cul de Sac, one of the most tranquil corners of the island. Fully integrated into the hillside and boasting uninterrupted ocean views this refined, stylish villa is a nature lover’s dream.

Chic sun loungers overlook the infinity pool that flows in a waterfall-like effect over the hillside. The shaded outside lounge area showcases some of the best views on the island and offers ample space for guests to gather. Enjoy a sunset aperitif here as the sky breaks into vivid golden hues that drench the surrounding headland, before enjoying a delicious meal in the open-air dining room fitted with fashionable driftwood chairs that add to the tropical feel of the villa. The gourmet kitchen lies just off this space and is built for entertaining with a generous island, state of the art appliances and tasteful decor.

The home stretches across a collection of bungalows with the main living space that leads out onto the pool deck being the largest. In a separate area, you will find the master bedroom overlooking the azure Caribbean waters and surrounded by immaculate emerald-green lawns shaded by palm trees. This space also includes a private veranda and over-sized day bed to unwind in. Higher up on the hillside lies a bungalow containing two beautifully-appointed bedrooms and a further three bedrooms are situated just off the living area, all of which feature breathtaking sea views. With additional privacy afforded to each section of the home, Villa Coco Rock is well suited to groups of friends or a multigenerational family.
