Named after the beautiful purple-flowered Gaiac tree (Gaillac is the Creole spelling) that stands beside its pool, this stylish four-bedroom villa perches high above Anse des Cayes and has the air of a luxury treehouse. The stand-out feature at Gaillac is the huge glass-fronted terrace that has been designed to make the most of the gorgeous sea views. With a covered open-air dining area, al fresco lounge and sea-view pool sunken into the smart deck, you’ll find outdoor living here a breeze.

The main indoor space is open-plan, so you can enjoy the views from the modern kitchen and homely lounge area. Cosy bedrooms all have a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. One bedroom is located on the main floor, one is on a lower level with spectacular views, and two share a separate bungalow.

It’s easy to explore St Barts as the villa is just a short drive from the thriving towns of Gustavia and St Jean, where you'll find plenty of excellent local restaurants, bustling bars and elegant boutiques just waiting to be explored. You're also within easy reach of some of the island's most breathtaking beaches, leaving you with plenty of opportunities to take to the waters or sit back and relax upon the sand - just as you please.
