Surrounded by lush gardens and with a panoramic vista of the turquoise ocean, Gypsea is a contemporary masterpiece.

St Barts welcomes you with a heady mix of Creole flavours, warm sunshine and a wealth of experiences. Gypsea allows you to embrace that languid Caribbean lifestyle with a dash of sophistication thrown in. The living space captures the indoor/outdoor living concept and allows those cooling Trade Winds to blow gently through the villa, bringing the scent of the surrounding gardens and the sea beyond. Two dining areas allow you to choose between indoor and al fresco eating, and the gourmet kitchen gives you everything you need to rustle up some fried plantain and seafood platters. The four bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds and are split between the two levels and a separate bungalow that also has its own kitchenette.

Outside, a large infinity pool appears to merge with the ocean, while all around it are recliners for those lazy afternoons in the sun. Alternatively, seek out a quiet corner in the garden, where hanging chairs and hammocks let you snooze gently in the shade.
