Situated on the hillside in Lurin, just a short distance from the vibrant capital of Gustavia lies the exquisite four-bedroom Villa Jocapana. Light, fresh, vital - the space is similar to the cooling tropical breeze that washes over guests when they enter the paradisiacal villa, drawing attention to the breathtaking ocean views. Each of the four bedrooms is spacious and beautifully decorated. Two bedrooms are located next to each other just off the living area, each fitted with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom boasts even more privacy and is located in a separate bungalow on its own level just above the pool, with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom featuring an indoor shower that can be completely opened to the outdoors and its own large terrace and seating area. A fourth ensuite bedroom is also situated in its own private bungalow, the perfect option for anyone in the group craving that extra level of privacy.

Gourmands will appreciate the large, sleek kitchen with a sit-up breakfast bar that is located in the open-plan main room. This blends gracefully onto the large living area that is drenched in light through the large windows with views out to sea. Accents of warm wood against a soothing white palette lend the home a restful, chic air.

Unwind by the pool, rest in the shade under an emerald green palm tree or savour a BBQ lunch in the impressive al fresco area, enjoying the balmy breezes as they sweep the home. Come dusk, head to the gazebo and watch the sunset pour over the island, before enjoying a dinner with your loved ones at one of the high-end harbourside eateries in Gustavia.
